Note: Look for door sizes and shapes, internal walls and staircase rails. Floor coverings, light fittings, steps and stairs, children and pets, garden beds and paths or any other hazard. Is there a lift to use?

Do you have any furniture or other items that will require special care and attention or dismantling/reassembly.

If yes, please advise of any details and information that you have.

Note: This may include antique furniture, Grand Piano, pool table, piece of art, precious or fragile items or any other items about which you have specific concerns.

Do you require Ballarat Removals to do any packing or un-packing of personal effects or breakables?

Note: For the purpose of obtaining insurance, the removalist may be required to pack an/or unpack some cartons for you. It is possible to have all or some of your boxes packed. Pre-packing by the removalist is usually done just prior to moving day. If you have a preferred day and time please advise us.

Will storage, either long or short term, be required during the relocation process?

Note: Storage can sometimes be required for many different reasons. We can arrange this for you. The length of time in storage can vary from one day to ten years, depending on your needs.
